These mugs are hand thrown by my brother and sister-in-law who are building their small business Lonon Pottery Creative hand work has a long history in the Lonon family. My father's cousin Warren, though a physician, pursued all kinds of hand work, and along with his wife, practiced pottery for quite a few years. After they were no longer working with clay, they generously passed their entire setup on to our family. Matt and Nikki have enjoyed learning about pottery as a creative outlet from their jobs as paramedics.
